How to motivate yourself starting now!

1. CHANGE YOUR FIRST THOUGHTS

What are you thinking as soon as you wake up? Whatever you think, the first thought that pops in your mind usually sets the tone for the rest of the day. Thoughts create reality. So think about great things, ideas and goals as soon as you wake up because you can easily motivate yourself just by doing that.

2. FIRST DAY ACTIONS

Exercise and your environment are so important when it comes to being motivated. Where are you surrounding yourself? What kind of energy is around you? Remember, we have the most energy in early hours so if you have important projects or big ideas to work on do it in the morning. At that time you have the most focus going and energy flowing! Don't multitask and do one thing at a time.

3. CHARGE UP WITH HEALTHY DRINKS AND FOOD

Avoid junk food and start eating food that contain a lot Vitamin C, B and A , Omega 3 and Magnesium. Blueberries, fatty fish, green leafy vegetables and nuts are perfect to boost your brain and gain more focus!

4. MAKE A DEAL WITH YOURSELF

Reward yourself even if you do small tasks. You have to treat yourself nice and gentle, it will keep your motivation going.

5. ASK YOURSELF

How does it make me feel when I do what you I truly love? What keeps me away of not doing it? What does it take to reach the dreams? Study and ask yourself. Don't take your dreams for granted. You don't know how long are you going to live. Your ability is a gift. Use it!

6. VISUALIZE 

Before we can believe in a goal, we first must have an idea of what it looks like. Visualize what you want and act as if it is already here.

7. PRIORITIZE

There are a lot of people saying that they don't have time. If you don't have time for your dreams you are going to have time to be distracted. Always make time for what you love to do. As long as you keep going you can never fail. As long as you don't quit it is always a chance!  So what are you going to do?

8. MOVING THE GOAL POST

When you are setting yourself new goals and challenges, you are becoming motivated. You are now faced with questions: Can I do it? Do I have what it takes? Am I gonna quit or keep going? Challenge yourself, push yourself to the next level. Don't get comfortable where you are!

9. STOP COMPARING TO OTHER PEOPLE

Comparison is the greatest thief of joy and is not even fair. The truth is everybody is here for a totally different reason and are having different life experiences so you just can not compare your life to theirs. So the only way to stay motivated is to compete with yourself. Ask yourself daily : "How can I become better?" And work on it every single day. 

10. STOP FEARING FAILURE  

Everybody who has a lot, started from somewhere. They were also afraid but they managed to overcome fear and pushed forward. When you are afraid, you are afraid to try. And what do you do when you are afraid to try? Exactly, NOTHING. Just do it! Look, you are going to fall on your ass a lot of times. There are going to be plenty of obstacles in your life, but you will learn to live and see another day. Why? Because you are motivated!
